We're not here to make a profit from shipping, which is why SHIPPING IS FREE or INCLUDED on all orders.

Order Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled directly from our local/domestic and international/overseas warehouse. While we make every effort to meet the stated timeframes for delivery, various factors beyond our control may impact these timelines. We cannot guarantee that they will always be met, but rest assured, we aim to get your orders to you as promptly as possible.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.

Standard Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is 7-14 days, complete with a Full Tracking Service. Our primary shipping services include Australia Post, DHL, UBI, and USPS.

Tracking Information: Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive an automated email containing the Delivery Information and tracking number. Continuous tracking and delivery updates will be provided until you receive your order.

Customs and Duties: Any applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. iwinkdeals.com cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees. Please note that customs agents may occasionally delay package delivery at their discretion. For more details on customs and duties charges, contact your local customs office.

Credit Card Processing: We do not charge a CREDIT CARD processing fee, but your CREDIT CARD processor may impose a conversion rate fee.
