1.Test pure water brix is 0.0% before every using(±0.2% accuracy),if not ,please calibrate first.

2.Sample quantity：1/2 of the depth of the sampling tank at least.

一. Cleaning

Clean the optic with wet cloth(Use alcohol or soapy water to clean it if there is oil liquid or not easy to clean)

二．Calibration:

1.Clean the sample chamber and Power on.

2.Add pure water.(Add over 1/2 of the depth of the sampling tank.)

3.Press "CAL/SET "button again to confirm the calibration.

4.It will show 0.0% brix,calibration succeed.

．Measurement.

1.Clean the sample chamber and Power on.

2.Add liquid sample.(Add over 1/2 of the depth of the sampling tank.)

3.Press "MEAS"button to get data within 3-5 seconds.
